New to the forum

Hi Everyone,

I'm new to this forum, as you are aware from the subject. I've been in the property market for exactly 10 years in May 2007. I have 3 BTLs and unfortunately haven't managed to expand my property portfolio by very much. Dabbled in purchasing a few BTLs up North in Manchester which were not so successful and sold them back through the Auction! I've been wasting my time researching and looking for bargain properties the hard way attending many Property Auctions in London and contacting unco-operative Estate Agents amidst bringing up a family!

I've now decided to give the Property Tycoons Chat forum and Deep's tips a go. I live in North London and I am married with two naughty and demanding children. I hope to find motivated sellers or possible network of people who can help me purchase Bargain properties and help me expand my property portfolio rapidly this year making up for all the previous years lost.
