New to Forum - with 1 question

Hi Everyone,

I am a new member of the forum and based in North London - I'm impressed with all the info, help and support offered by the forum! I currently have 10 terraced house investments in Notts and Lancs but am looking now for BMV deals.

One question...
I notice many of the leads offered for sale in the 4 Fast Sale forum and the Pass On and Take Deals forum can be up to several days old, some being posted up to two weeks or more ago. If these leads have come via sites which invariably offer a valuation within 48 hours, how will this delay affect the confidence the seller has that they are dealing with an efficient and reliable company?

Hi Joseph, welcome to the forum.

Good question... I think it's down to who's out there purchasing leads near them at the time of listing plus many other factors.

Good question. I`m sure its dealt with in many different ways but there could be a set guidline so the sellers dont lose faith.
