Default Hello to everyone
Hi there I've just joined the forum today and just wanted to say a quick hello to everyone.

A bit about myself I live in Battersea, South London. I currently own 5 properties in London, Chester, Birmingham, Newcastle and have just completed on my fifth property in Gorton, Manchester.

All these properties were new build apartment/houses and bought 15-20% BMV. I am now looking to diversify my portfolio with more traditonal BMV properties which are discussed in more detail on this site.

Hopefully I can get some good advice here
