I signed up to this forum about a month ago as a first step, a bit like you. I have two flats which I have bought in the "traditional" way but wanted to expand my opportunities. I have spent the last month looking at the site, trying to work out whether a deal could stack up etc and generally learning a lot about how it works. One thing I have found really useful is that if you have a specific question you can ask it on the forum and lots of people are willing to give you advice. I have to say I have learned a lot in the last month.

My advice would be to take your time to understand it, but dont be afraid of starting. If you want to achieve your ambitions you will need to take the first step. And to me this seems like a good place to take that step.
