Hi Everyone
As a quick introduction I have been working in Property since 2001. I used to have a Catering Business in Berkshire which I ran for 10 years but decided it was time for a change. We dabbled a bit here and there with the odd property and then I met Lisa Orme who was a fantastic Mentor opening my mind to so many new ways of looking at property. I had already listened to the Rich Dad Poor Dad Audio book too but I really think that Lisa put it into a lot more context for me. I remeber meeting Deep and Vanish on that course and I have been really impressed with what they have both gone on to achieve and the amazing systems they have set up.
I have now moved to Somerset with my partner Sarah and we are hoping to grow our business further now that we have relocated to the South West. The portfolio is somewhat mixed between Residental and Commercial property mainly in the Somerset Area. Ive done a bit of Buy to let, developing and below market value purchases but would really like to get a lot more heavily involved.
I am keen to set up networking meetings in the South West as at the moment there seems to be a bit of a void with the majority of meetings taking place in London and the Midlands. So if there are any other Investors/Developers out there please get in contact and who knows maybe we can get the ball rolling. I have spoken to Vanish about this and if we can get a viable group together he is willing to look at making it part of his
PNC network which would be great.
