Smile Evie Ham

Hi everyone,

My name is Evie (short for Yvonne). I'm married to Jon (who may put in an appearance here also) between us we have 4 children, 1 puppy, 3 hamsters and 3 properties. Ah that may have got some interest going!!!!

We are currently letting a 2 bed flat in an up and coming area of Plymouth, a 4 bed family detached house on the outskirts of Plymouth and living in a 4 bed soon to be 6 bed detached Edwardian project (as at the moment it is a building site not a house). The latter has proved to be more stressful than expected and involved having to sack one builder.

What I would like from property and this site for the future is to be able to gain a passive income of around £20,000+ per annum. At present the 2 rental properties just cover themselves and are going to increase greatly in value but would now like to buy somewhere that the figures stack up in a more positive way and not using any personal money (of course)

I have not been very good at using PMM system but plan to get stuck in from today.

Would love to hear from anyone with encouragement, suggestions or support. Also anyone living within a reasonable distance of Plymouth to maybe meet up for a coffee and chat.

Regards

Evie

Good luck Evie! I have just started to look at the system as well (need to invent some time from somewhere) so let's see who finishes first!

I hope it al goes well (with the house and the system).

Regards,

Iain

Hi Evie (and Jon), welcome to the forum. I'm a PMMer based in mid-Cornwall and am in the process of organising the next SW meet, so let me know if you want to go on the emailing list. We've only had 2 meetings so far, so everyone's still getting to know each other. As for encouragement, there's plenty of that on this forum!

Kind regards

Nick
