Lightbulb Hi - Zahir a newbie from Leicester
Hi Everyone

greetings from Leicester (Deep's home) i am newbie to the forum but not to property. I have started to get in to Below Market Value on a Buy to Sell and Buy to Let basis and am also interested in all other aspects of the property game too.

Really looking forward to chatting and exchanging lots of ideas and DEALS.

Looking for any Below Market Value / Deals in the Midlands with commissions paid ... also interested in doing JVs for bigger ones if the figures stack up.
