Hi there

I'm amazed at how many people on the members list I know here..and that was just after looking through about 10 pages.

I decided it would be a good idea to sign up oin here and see what is happening. I know that quite a few people on here will know me already..but I think its a good idea to introduce ourselves.

Based in Lancashire, I have being sourcing Below Market Value property now, full time. for around 6 years. It's amazing how the industry has flourished, yet for every 3 people who get into it, around 2 of them leave pretty quickly. this is probably due to lack of success (through lack of many vital personal qualities which are needed!) However, for those who stick in there and work this like a real business - I have seen many people start to build their personal fortunes in this industry!

I work a very defined area, consistently - and it works for me! I too am one of the many ex A Quick Sale people on here, but am far happier being my own person in my own territory.

i am sure that being a member hee can only benefit me..and I look forward to both contributing..and learning even more!
