Hi,my name is Robert Kutyla and live in St.Albans.At the moment I just renting a room in this nice city.I have joined this forum because it hopefully will help me to buy my first Below Market Value property .I am looking for a property at good price in St.Albans-Watford area,preferrably to renovate ,refurbishment because I am a builder so I could do plenty of things on my own .I am new on this forum but i can find a lot of interesting topics here.I come from Poland and I started investing there and have already a small portfolio-3 flats up there.I decided to try to do similiar thing in this country and judging by warm atmosphere on this forum I can see the chance to achive it.Sorry for my english and greetings for everybody .Best Regards Robert Kutyla
