My name is Ayo Akande. I am relatively new to the forum. I have read a lot of posts from forum members and I must commend on the willingness of members to share knowledge unreservedly. It is good to see such a good teamspirit. I hope I will in time be able to contribute positively towards moving the forum forward.

I am new to Property Investment and in the process of purchasing my first buy-to-let property.
