Smile Hi there everyone

Hi

I am new to the forum and property investment. I have moved house many times renovated and made money from the sales so thought it was about time to put all that experience to use and make some real money at it.

I have past experience working in estate agency and think I can spot a good deal when I see one (I hope)

The idea of being able to do no money down deals is great and I look forward to getting started straight away.

Is anyone else from sunny Scotland?

Interested to hear of any good deals in Scotland

Smile Hi Carol

Hi carol

Great to hear from another Scottish resident. I live on the west coast on a peninsula with the mountains and lochs but fortunately just about 45 miles from Glasgow so not too far for property deals in a bigger area. (My nearest neighbours are on four legs with woolly coats, not much good for a below value deal)

I will let you know how I do with bridging and any other finance.

Lizzie

Smile Hi Lizzie

Hi Lizzie,

My name is Mags. I'm from Glasgow but live out in Stirlingshire now. New to this on Friday.\ I have a few properties but have now ran out of cash for deposits. Hearing there was a way of bridging with no money down deals was very interesting!!! Great to see members up here.

Maggie

Smile Hi Maggie

Hi Maggie

I am still quite new myself. So good to know that there are so many of us from Scotland. Lets hope we can all help each other out with who can do these closed bridging deals with solicitors in Scotland, I am looking into this and there seems to be no problem I will let you know hopefully in the coming week who I have found that can do it.

Lizzie
