| |  Belated Introduction!
Hello everybody
My name is Dominic Kelly and I have been a forum member since March - just after the Excel Property Show in London. I thought it was about time I introduced myself so apologies for the delayed intro. I am based in Warwickshire but I work in Oxfordshire and have family in Cheshire and Birmingham - so I get about a bit!
I have been interested in property, mostly the self build industry for about 15 years but never got around to doing anything about it - wished I had though! hindsight is a wonderful thing as they say...
Anyway I'm eager to start using the Below Market Value philosophy(!) and am just about to embark on my first Buy To Sell project. I'm also always looking out for potential building plots and developement opportunities on my travels.
