Hi Everyone

I'm Adele McLay, a New Zealander who has recently relocated to London with my family - husband and daughter.

My background is Chartered Accountant by qualification, and have spent many years in management consulting - business transformation/change management and executive search. As well, my husband and I had a strong property investment/development business in NZ. We continue to own a number of properties in NZ.

Now we are in London, I have decided continue as a full time property investor/marketer/developer, and have established some BIG financial goals, so I am itching to get started.

The market here is quite different to NZ, so I am looking to meet loads of people through this forum and other networks. I expect to be a regular contributor to the forum - probably asking a lot of questions for a while!!

We live in SE London, so I have selected East and SE London and England as my target areas for now. To start with, I will focus on buy to lets to get some early runs on the board, but have a lot of other ideas that I want to explore.

Looking forward to sharing with other like minded property people. I am also a newbie on Parmdeep's Property Marketing Millionaire programme. Just getting everything sorted at present.

I am still keen to located a broker who can get finance for people who don't have the usual 3 years' of credit history here. My husband has a good permanent role, so income isn't a problem. Any thoughts please.
