Hi, I'm not sure if it is because I am shy or just afraid of pressing the wrong buttons on this machine, but I guess it it time I tried to say Hello. I have a few buy to lets and a couple of HMO's and now looking at BMV's but never seem to find anything in my part of the SW corner.(it hasn't helped that I replied to 3 people selling leads and not one of them replied to me!) I am also a smaller scale farmer as I was a victim of the "famous " foot and mouth discease in 2001. Thankfully we have been able to move on from that and that is when we started in property. To add to my workload , I was elected as a District Councillor last week so if I dont post too often I guess I have an excuse.It does not mean that I will stop looking for properties. I love going into the forum to hear the news and gossip. I have to admit it did take me a while to get used to the new set up. But "upwards and onwards" as they say.
