Hello everyone - another newbie here. Great to be joining the forum and I'm looking forward to a long and lucrative association with you all.
My name is Rob Scriven - originally from Sheffield but now living in Wanstead in East London. Been 'dabbling' in property for 2-3 years now (4 BTLs in the portfolio and 4 Buy To Sell projects to date).
I'm now concentrating on property full time and hoping to learn quickly to add to what little knowledge I've gained so far and grow a profitable portfolio of BTLs as well as doing more Buy To Sell projects.
My major goal is to achieve financial independence before my 50th birthday in just under 4 years time.
Main reasons for joining the forum are
1. to source quality Below Market Value leads within 1 hour travelling distance of my home
2. learn from experts who have much more experience than me and to network with those experts as much as possible
3. improve my power team with people who can help me achieve my goals (currently looking for a new mortgage broker and a solicitor who knows how to complete deals quickly and efficiently)
Having just joined the forum I don't want to do a hard sell but I run a lettings and management agency so if anyone has properties in East London or Essex and don't have the time or expertise to find good tenants or to manage them then let me know.
