Hello everybody, I thought I'd introduce myself to what seems to be a very friendly forum.

OK, so I'm Samantha, I'm almost 22 and I'm currently trying to absorb as much information as possible whilst I work on raising enough finance to buy what I hope will be my 1st of many properties.

I look forward to getting to know you all, and welcome any advice you have to offer a complete novice.
