Hi everyone,

Now back on the forum after suffering withdrawal symptoms. I must have missed Deep's announcement that he was terminating all 4FastSale memberships when everyone was transfered to new forum, so I was suddenly cut off from all you guys.

I tried to find out whether it was worth paying to be a full Property Marketing Millionaire member, but couldn't seem to get a logical response, so I've now opted for the trial membership followed by monthly subscription.

In case anyone's interested in my progress so far, here's the situation. Last December I resolved to aim for buying one NMD property a month. I got my first good lead the same month, but it took until February to complete the purchase. Meanwhile I was following up other promising leads I had bought and the next two should go through this month. I have two more in progress and have just started a sixth, so I seem to be catching up with my target. I just hope I can keep it up to the end of the year.

And it's all thanks to the wonderful people and help I've had on this forum. Cheers everyone!
