Hello you tycoons out there! 
I am newish to this wonderful forum. Isn't technology wonderful.
I am afraid that my proper name is not coming up on the screen - perhaps technology is not so wonderful -well, I muffed it a little when registering - would like to change - but 'a rest is as good as a change' as my dearest aunt used to say.
Anyway - this is a wondeful forum - full of very useful information, and I am please to be part of the 'property community'
