I should have formally introduced myself before I start using this forum, but I did not. But you know the say: better late than never...

I have been investing in properties in the UK and abroad the (not so skilled way) for about 6 years. Made some good/made some bad (real baaad deals)!

Well, I have now learnt my lessons (still many more things to learn) but at least now I know what my expectations are and I have a very clear investment strategy.

I have 2 main activities:

1) I have set up marketing campaigns to source below market value deals for myself
2) I have set up an investment company (Investquicker.com - Home) to allow first time buyers and busy or inexperienced individuals to acquire residential investment properties with small cash outlay. I assist Foreign Nationals to acquire investment properties in London as well

All this keep me quite busy.
