Morning everyone,
What an excellent Forum with a wealth of knowledge!! My name is Marcus I have been investing in property for several years now & am loving every minute... I am in an excellent position as my profession is a porfolio property consultant. I help many people avoid the pitfalls of purchasing property that has sunk other wouldbe investors before they really begin.
My weekdays are spent from 8am until 6pm talking with prospective landlords, existing portfolio landlords, specialist buy to let lenders, underwriters, surveyors anybody and everybody that would be involved in purchasing property. I have attended Parmdeeps seminars on several occasions and several others around the country...This has put me in an excellent position when building my own portfolio.
In my spare time I enjoy watching many different sports, I also attend my local gym 3 times a week. I like to travel and experience different cultures and cuisine as I love to spend hours in the kitchen cooking....I hope to speak with many new people and am more than happy to share my experiences with anybody that may have a question.
