Joined last week but have only just found a few minutes to enter a hello message. Been too busy studying Deep's course and all of the fantastic information on here. Sooo much to think about i'm going mad!!
The only experience i have (only?) is buying and selling my own private property but i did rent out a flat back in the early eighties - why didn't i keep it.
Keen to acqiure more knowledge and to build myself a diverse property portfolio.
I am looking forward to learn and share thoughts and ideas with you all and making friends.
