Hi all,

My name is Chris Hamilton. I am new to property investing and I aim to build a diverse portfolio of BTL properties along with my wife & two children. I used equity from our home to help the kids into their first homes and very quickly recognised the real potential in property investing.

We are currently looking for properties in Chesterfield & Sheffield areas suitable for rental and also for the kids to move up as they both now have partners, so weddings are on the horizon(ouch!!)

I have picked up some amazing info & tips looking around this site & others, so much so my head is spinning. I own 2 businesses in video & music that I work hard at & enjoy but I am looking to have a less stressful & more secure lifestyle as I mature!!
