I must confess I've been on the wonderful forum for about 3 months but have now realised I just dived in without a proper introduction. So, please accept my apologies for the belated introduction:

My name is Samuel and I currently live in Birmingham having spent most of my adult working life in London. I’m Qualified in the field of Marketing and I.T but have chosen to become a full-time property investor, having spent some time making money for others, as a Software Engineer.

I’m looking for BMV properties (at least 18% BMV) and Joint Venture Deals, primarily in Birmingham (and its surrounding areas) but will also consider any part of the UK.

I’m destined to be blessed and to be a blessing. So, if you’ve got a win-win deal to share, let’s get cracking for mutual benefits. I could provide “leg works”, time and/or money as well as the services of myself, my refurbishment team and other property investment friends across the country.
