Hi there folks,
i am based in scotland, 54 years young and want to get on the investment property ladder. Both me and my wife are keen to get going, just bought our first investment house 3 days ago at 20k BMV
any advice as to how to accomplish a good portfolio would be welcome

Hi Bill,
Welcome to the forum. If you just bought one for 20k BMV, you won't need much help on here. You could make a killing posting them on the "take from other members" section with a finder's fee
