Just signed up. I am an Independent Mortgage Broker based on the South Coast. I Have been arranging Below Market Value's, Buy To Let's and residential mortgages for some time but am now looking to actually take the plunge myself, particularly with Below Market Value's.

| | HI Brian,
Yes it is still good value.
We now have the university up and running, (when news of this came out all flats in the area were sold over 1 weekend from all agents apparantlly, as stated in the local press) and the market is still rising.

| | Hi Pete
I am a newish investor, and am also looking to network and take the plunge.
I have made a local contact Buckinghamshire who can offer new builds with 13% discount / Below Market Value, ranging from studios to 4 bed townhouses...
The rentals all stack up to the mortgage payment, and require little money down...
If you are interested, or would like to share ideas please keep in touch
Best wishes

| | Hi Adam,
Thanks for the intro.
And thanks for the offer, I am more interested in older properties and as such avoiding looking at new builds.
However I appreciate the contact and good luck.

| | Hi Pete,
welcome to the forum
Just a quick question though, since you were helping people with BMVs what made you decide to do it yourself?? (just curious)

| | Hi Satnam,
No great secret.
I seem to be arranging lots of deals for clients and see them building large portfolios and want to get involved. I like my "Day Job" but feel that property is where I will make my pension income.
