HI
My name is Paul Gelder.
I am a Solicitor by profession and specialise in Commercial and Residential property. I serve investor clients and also help my clients source properties and am happy to put them in touch with my contacts- brokers, bank managers etc. I also sell myself on the efficiency of the legal service that I offer to my clients.
I also invest in property myself and so like to think that I can see property investment from a clients point of view also.
Through my contacts I can often offer property to my clients depending on what sort of thing they are insterested in - buy to let resi, commercial, flat conversion projects etc.
I hope to enhance my contacts through this, attract clients and exchange knowledge with others.

Hi Paul,
hope you are well. Good to see you here. thanks for your hard work Thurs/Fri.
If the rest of you were wondering what I am on about....On a recent property deal Paul was brought on board last Wednesday as our vendor's solicitor let us down. We have now exchanged contracts thanks to Paul getting it done with in 48hrs. 
I will be using you again Paul.  | |
