Came across this website by chance.
For the last few years I've been working with Rick Otton of Australia developing and implementing his cash flow strategies into the UK residential market. Just one of the strategies that has been developed has been to develop a complete business model for Rent To Own using lease options.
The development of such a model encompasses every area of the process from start to finish, which is quite a different story to just developing the paperwork to meet our business model.
Working with Rick, and with guidance from people like Stephen Pierce and Armand Morin to reinforce the marketing aspects that needed addressing, Rick and myself have now developed the UK version of the Rent2Own Pack (England & Wales Edition).
