Came across this website by chance.

For the last few years I've been working with Rick Otton of Australia developing and implementing his cash flow strategies into the UK residential market. Just one of the strategies that has been developed has been to develop a complete business model for Rent To Own using lease options.

The development of such a model encompasses every area of the process from start to finish, which is quite a different story to just developing the paperwork to meet our business model.

Working with Rick, and with guidance from people like Stephen Pierce and Armand Morin to reinforce the marketing aspects that needed addressing, Rick and myself have now developed the UK version of the Rent2Own Pack (England & Wales Edition).

The majority of this undertaking was to go out and do things that were almost always unheard of at the time. Take a listen to Stephen Pierce saying what is needed to become successful, as these are types of messages I was fed whilst pursuing my own goals: Momentum Mix: Advance Notice.

I attended a presentation of yours in Birmingham earlier this year and was impressed with your Rent2Own Pack, although I must admit I haven’t bought it yet due to other commitments!
There are others here that have used rent to own quite extensively, although I don’t believe their products cover the subject as comprehensively as you do.

I was also impressed with how you treat your tenants and do all you can to work with them should difficulties arise. You're clearly a man of honesty and integrity and I look forward to working with you in the future.

Andrew, yes I remember you from Birmingham where I spoke at the PIN monthly meeting.

Paul, yes I saw Abdul's section. It's great that others are also taking action to bring these methods into the mainstream as well.

I just got back from Australia, and with each trip I can see just how the market has changed since around 2002. It's sort of like deja vu as I see the market here as it was back then in Australia.

Such has been the change that Rick is featuring in a 3-part national TV program following the reality format whereby 25 couples fight it out to be chosen to win the 'sweat equity' selection. The winning couple get to renovate the house to a value of up to $30,000 credit on their deposit. If they can do it for less cost, it's for their benefit even more. The house has been acquired using a sandwich lease option strategy in this case.
