Hi there,
I'm Jonathan and at 58 may be considered a late starter in the Buy To Let business. I have just one property right now in Margate. Having read some of Deep's words of wisdom, I have taken a fresh view on the right way to acquire and run a property portfolio. Time is definately the most valuable commodity as I find myself, like many people, I suspect, too busy working to make real money even though I enjoy running my own successful business. I hope to share a lot of good, valuable information on this forum that will give me the impetus to find the right properties.
