Welcome to the forum. Before setting up a LLC (I assume that's a UK LLC - requiring only one shareholder and one director?), you would benefit by reading some past posts on here concerning the pros and cons of doing your property business in personal name or in limited company. we account for ours in Ltd Co, but that's not necessarily the right way to do it for everyone. Depends entirely on circumstances and goals. There will be lots of advice here, but the bottom line is "what's good for me isn't necessarily good for you".
