Advice?
1 Don't buy more than one at once when you start out
2 Conserve your capital
3 Keep a contingency fund for when things go wrong (and they always will)
4 I think North East is great. Just bought a few there and tenants have started to bed in, so to speak
5 Don't be impatient. Read all Deep's stuff
6 Go to some local "property clubs' invites" - for a laugh and to network
7 Attend any free seminar you can about property, and even pay a little for ones that others on here recommend (it's an investment, not a cost)
8 Come on here regularly, and read deeply the past posts
