Unhappy New kiddo
Hello guys, i'm NEW. My name is Akin, met Parmdeep late 2005 in london( several
networking meetings), but too busy to join(wish i got on board earlier). I just got out of an ususal situation, looking 4 a
fresh start, lost 2 properties in the process and five are hanging by the thread, knowledge
and way 4ward needed open to all advices

Hi Akin,
Welcome to the forum. We hope some of the ideas on here will stop your 5 properties hanging by a thread. Read up on the Options section and see if you can get your cash flow improved by offering rent 2 buy or other inventive strategies.
