Default Hello from new member based in Cardiff
Hi,
I'm new to the forum, joined over the weekend. It was nice to see a few familiar names/members here from Ajay Ahuja's forum (which sadly closed down recently).

I'm based in Cardiff and looking for BMV properties in South Wales, especially in Roath, Cathays, Heath areas of Cardiff, (Postcodes CF24, CF14), also canton, & riverside.

Also interested in commercial property with A3/A5 planning permission for Restaurant/Hot Food Takeaways - all areas considered.
