Hi everyone, I'm from Dorset and new to the forum. I have been accepted as a PMM member while this is great news, I'm finding it difficult to find the time needed to study and take in all the info needed to go out there and start doing deals, work, family, property commitments etc. To speed things up and cut out expensive mistakes I need help from someone with experience and patience, as Deep would say a mentor/ guide to find bmv from motivated sellers. Just mentoring or partnership i have an open mind, will share profits in return and buy lunch first meeting. Look forward to hearing from you and will reply next week. Take care all. Gary

Welcome. You will find more info and help on here than you need to sink a ship. Just spend a few hours reading through some of the past threads. I sometimes copy and paste them to a word file and save them for future reference. There's some outstanding ideas on this forum
