I am Paul and I am working with my parents Martin and Elizabeth. We are web marketers and are hoping to start generating Below Market Value leads across the country. Once we are up and running we should have a supply to pass on to others!
For ourselves we are interested in Below Market Value property within reach of our base in Sevenoaks especially Kent. My parents are primarily interested in building a Buy To Let portfolio to keep them in the style to which they are accustomed in retirement! I am looking to build up a steady income over the next few years.
