Hello all,
I'm brand new this and will hopefully be starting out on a new career in property over the next few weeks. Hopefully this is not all too good to be true? Undervalued properties, no money down, can it all really be that good? Well I guess the next few weeks will tell.

Welcome, and yes, you can get props for no money. The hard part's making money out of them after you've bought them for free, but you'll see loads of advice on that in here.
