Hi everyone
This site is just what i've been looking for. I'm keen to make lots of contacts and learn more about bmv deals, which is a new venture to add to our portfolio when my wife and I move to Weymouth later this year.

Ready made deals seem a good way to go, and we don't have an issue with paying say a £10k fee if it stacks, but I have a couple of questions -
1) What happens if I pay for a deal, then go and inspect the property and find major structural problems, cracks, subsidence, that sort of thing? Would the seller refund?
2) What happens if the vendor doesn't disclose all his debts or there turns out to be a charge on the property?

As you can see, we could do with some hand holding, maybe we can find a mentor here? Is anyone willing to talk us through a deal they have done?

Are there any property meets in the Herts/Beds/Bucks area? We go to the Berkshire meet - fantastic. We come away buzzing every time! Hi Juswant and the gang.
