I am an independent estate agent with 1 years trading under my belt - has it been hard ? Hell Yes - I am hoping to meet other property enthusiast who'd like to work with me to not only introduce them to properties but to help them to sell, let and manage their properties. I'd like to hear from other business minded people out there.

Welcome.
If it was easy everyone would be doing it eh! Well done you, I know the first year can be exceptionally hard. I helped a friend of mine set up an agency a few years ago and he is now flourishing!!!!!

I know that there are lots of brokers on here with huge experience in the buy to let market, but I have the added advantage of also dealing with residential mortgages as well.
