Hi one and all,
I am now working full time in property, formally sales director of an AIM listed plc company. I already have one investment property but now going full time and goals set for rapid growth over next 12 months.
Primarily looking at opportunities in the south east region, in particular east sussex and west london where i have builder teams already established.
Have also got finance sorted thru Deep's connections - all in place, was due to close deal last week however vendor decided to go through with auction lat minute!
Utilising Phillipa Forester at Complete Mortgage Solutions Ltd - found her excellent so far but interested to know if anyone else has used CMS previously and your experiences?
