The feeling I get from the various posts I have been reading over the last couple days, is that this forum is one the best around and is exactly what I've been looking for.

I have been looking for inspiration over the last year to move my very small property portfolio to the next stage. I have been looking for ways to purchase/locate/fund BMV property in the UK and I think I've found it on this web site.

I live in the north Staffordshire area close to Stoke on Trent and Crewe. Its often the case that you very rarely look on your doorstep for deals, but I feel that the Stoke area is a excellent place to grow my property portfolio. That aside I'm open to deals from all over the country as I don't mind driving.

I have recently been working with an agent who is based in Spain and there are rich pickings over there at the moment, due to the re-adjustment in property prices m(and the bad press)

I would be very keen to touch base with anybody who can give a few pointers on how to start moving forward.

Welcome to the forum. I am working on a scalable deal in Spain (Canaries) right now. We complete on first batch next week, after some 3 months delay, and I have set up an S.L. for the next 100!

I have a few investors in stoke, doing both BMV and normal BTL, so you are well placed to build a portfolio. They are booming at the moment.
