HI

Great forum I find it hard to drag myself away from it at moment which can't be a bad thing.Have'nt as yet had the pleasure of completing a Below Market Value deal before and am looking to establish financials contacts with regards to open bridging and how its structured etc looking to Liverpool area for 1st deal Glad to be here'

Welcome. I'm just down the road in Manchester. I've been at this for 17 years and still haven't done a NMD deal yet

But there's always hope. I've done some low money down deals, but that's all relative. The day I do a NMD with positive cash flow, I will know I've entered the elite world of scalable property wealth. It's all very exciting stuff. I've moved my concentration over to thinking about rent2buy options to see if I can get some positive cash flow out of some recent purchases (new builds). The important thing is to keep going, keep learning, and never give up. Going round the corner on Monday to see my new tenants who have just signed up for 2 years. It's a great feeling when you win one or two.

Hi Paul, Welcome to the forum. I was in Liverpool about two weeks ago looking at some property. Although we are based in Belfast we expect to be buying in Liverpool soon.
