Alex,
Welcome to the forum. Think quality not quantity. In the great old words of many a property investor better than me - it's cashflow, cashflow, cashflow. Five is OK, but I'd rather have 50 generating £100 a month positive cash flow. I haven't followed my own advice of recent, but I'm concentrating more now on trying to ensure positive cash flow out of what we've got than on buying more properties.
