Hello,

A bit late having joined over a week ago now! So Hi to everyone on what seems to be a fascinating and hopefully useful forum.

I'm a Site Finder at the moment, finding and placing development sites with the larger house builders and investors - very lumpy income though!

In my former life I was (still am to a small extent) a Furniture Restorer working on some very fine pieces but sadly the market seems to have dropped out of the Antique Furniture business.

So my future lies in Property! Yesssss

There's a potential deal that fell into my lap last week on a Bungalow locally (20-25% BMV) but I'll need an investor to chip in along with the mortgage. It would be my first deal (re-sale) Derby area if anyone's interested.

OK i think that's probabaly enough for now, cheers everyone.

I think I read an article about your job the other day. I think the lady was formerly a nurse, paid £10k to go on a course and now finding development sites for builders. Doing well for herself.

re. the deal that has fallen into your lap, if it realy is 20-25% BMV you may not need an investor as this can possibly be done no money down, with the further possibility of cah on completion!!! as Andy Shaw says, "Money for nothing and your property for free"
