Hi Everyone,
I am here in Merthyr Tydfil South Wales. I have one buy to let which I bought at the going rate. Since learning about Deeps rise to success through buying below market value properties he has really opened my eyes to what is possible.
I have a few things left to do on the house I have, before letting it, but then am keen to start looking for properties with no money down. I say no money down as I have run out of money and so am looking for employment as well.
I would be interested in any deals in my area – Merthyr Tydfil down to Cardiff, South Wales

Hi Scot,
There are a lot of leads currently from South Wales. If you look on this forum at the section on leads provided by Deep's endavours and the section where members can pass leads on to each other, you will see how busy things have been in South Wales recently. If none of those leads are still left (and you will have to check them out) you could check out Robert's Rapid Property Buyers' website each morning, or even ask for instant notifications of new leads each day. Last week I bought two leads that way, which are still ongoing.

Welcome to the forum
it is the best investment you will make, but you have to make the effort to spend maybe 3-6 hours each day for the next 4 weeks to accelerate your learning if you want to skyrocket your fortunes
look at every old post, every lead and learn learn learn, ask ask ask
people are very helpful on here

Hey thanks for everyone giving the time to say hi and giving advice already.
Thanks David for the rapid property site. I have just been to the site and registered.
It does seem like there are quite a few people here in South Wales. In fact you only have to look in my local paper to see at least 6 adverts asking ‘Do you want to sell fast’ kind of thing. I’m sure there’s plenty to go around though….fingers crossed.
And thanks Nick – fellow south Wales person although I can’t speak Welsh. I have been on the site solidly since joining yesterday at about 3:30 and went right through to 10:30pm. I’ve already learnt a few more things and filled in a few gaps plus the contacts all in place - great.
