Hi everyone,
My name is Uwa and I have discovered and joined this exclusive club. I have high hopes of archeiving financial freedom like most of you. My background is Local Govt Revenue and Benefits. Particularly, I should be able to assist with any housing benefit question you may have. I have limited knowledge of property investing and I will be asking a lot of all of you to reach my goal.

| | I have a housing benefit question!!
I have two flats, both with tenants on housing benefits and the council paying me directly. Both tenants are great, but both have now been in the proprties and teh councils have not raised the rent.
I haven't pushed them yet, but any idea how often councils raise the rent?
