| |  Hi everyone, I am totally new to this
Hi All, I live Slough Berks, been stagnant with the property market for the last 5 years ( very foolish mistake), so just joined today and looking forward to it. Own only 2 properties and would like to extend the protfolio. recenlty bought a property at an auction again a bit of a mistake ( learnt my lesson hence joining the forum.) Jonathan | Well for a start it wasn't a moitvated sale 2) IT S 60 MILES FROM WHERE i LIVE , I had to complete within `4 daYS AND A LOT OF MY CASH GOT STUCK AND SPENT TWICE ON SOLICITORS FEE and still trying to arrange a mortgage, WHAT A PALAVA put me off property buying for a while.
