Hi All

I have joined forces with a group of friends and just over 2 years ago created a Limited Liability Partnership. We are based in East London.

We are very very keen to build a property portfolio. We are cash poor and thus are very keen on BMV deals. I have made contact with Bob Bristow who has recently sent me lots of interesting emails with the offer of getting us started.

Our next project is looking for BMVs to turn into HMOs.

Can anyone put me in contact with a professional property finder who could source properties in Chadwell Heath, Barking and Dagenham?

I have read through a few postings on this site and am already impressed with the level of information shared.
