Smile hello
Just joined a few days ago and having a dilemma about more buy to lets or buying to sell. My partner is worried I might get carried away and do something crazy like buy another property. I thought that was the idea. Lokking forward to finding a few good deals in scotland and maybe some advice on unscrupulous tenants/ tradesmen.

Hi Megan,

Welcome to the forum.

Its a matter of deciding what type of property is for you, BTL or BTS or both, depends on strategy. The BTS option, if prepared will generate cash and BTL will hopefully generate Cash Flow, and may be cash if the deal works (BMV).

There is enough advise here to help you decide.
