Hello and nice to have the opportunity to speak to the forum.
I am new to the forum but more then ready to learn, interests are doing deals in Yorkshire/Berkshire and London area, only because I have some idea of the geography.I have for a few years tended to buy and repair and then sell on, only because of time factor, of managing them.

hello Terry and welcome
i am also interested in Yorkshire,will be taking our eldest to have a look at a few properties up there in a couple of weeks and get him started on his own portfolio.
