Im based in London but im investing in east Midlands(dont ask its a long story) Ive recently been looking in the Manchester area .
Ive only a small portfolio but looking to push on in the next year or so.
My strategy has been multi letting to professionals because of the healthy cashflow but the market if getting popular and so much harder to find the discount needed to set a house up.
Been looking to Manchester recently!
