My Name is Annette, but friends call me Netty. I am 40 years old and have ended up living in Somerset.
I am a retired party/ career girl and thanks to Deep and the Money Centre have found there is another way of getting financial freedom - early, without working for "The Fat Man"
I fell into property quite by accident, My father got me started by passing on his Property Auctions News. He was very interested but having 2 sucessful buisness' already was limited on time.

I went to several property seminars, and started researching. Again, I was at my peak in a career managing 25 people so was in no position to take time "digging"

I then inherited some money and bought a property in Yeovil, with my then partner. It is currently being let out to my first lot of tenants, a young family that dont work and have there rent paid, directly into my bank account from the dss.
I manage the property myself and apart from a toilet sistern change, hasn't caused any headaches.

I want to buy in Hull, as I believe it is up and coming? Will really apreciate anyones experiences in this area.

I am currently working as a chef in a special school, no stress and lots of free time- all the holidays and every weekend. To spend on my "digging" The school is going to be closing in about a year so I am concerntrating on probate local project s at the moment.
